1. Injection mold management and maintenance plan 1. Purpose: To keep the equipment in the best performance state and prolong the service life to ensure the normal production. 2. Responsibilities: 2.1 This standard must be implemented by trained injection molding technicians and mold management personnel. 2.2 The injection foreman is responsible for implementation, inspection and supervision, and the supervisor regularly supervises. 3. The maintenance plan of the injection mold is divided into: 3.1 Mold maintenance plan before production 3.1.1 Clean up the oil stains, rust, etc. on the mold surface, check whether the cooling water hole of the mold has foreign matter, whether the waterway is unblocked 3.1.2 Clean the mold parting surface Clean up the foreign matter glue wire, foreign matter, oily matter, etc. of the exhaust groove and use alcohol or ketone preparations to scrub the parting surface and runner surface twice a day. Blow dry in time after scrubbing. 3.1.3 Check whether the arc part of the mold sprue sleeve is damaged, and whether there is any foreign matter remaining in the sleeve; 3.1.4 Check whether the screws and clamping clamps of the mold are locked; 3.1.5 Mold.

2. After the tool is installed on the injection machine, empty mold operation must be performed first. Observe whether the movement of each part is flexible, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon, whether the movable parts such as guide post, ejector rod, and row position are worn out, whether the lubrication is good, whether the ejection stroke and opening stroke are in place, and whether the parting surface is consistent when the mold is closed. Wait closely. 3.2 Mold maintenance program during production 3.2.1 During production, work within the normal temperature range without sudden heat or cold. 3.2.2 Check whether all the guide posts, guide sleeves, back stitches, push rods, sliders, cores, etc. of the mold are damaged. Observe at any time, check regularly, scrub in time, and refuel and maintain them regularly to ensure these The sliding parts move flexibly to prevent tightness and seizure. 3.2.3 Before each mold clamping, attention should be paid to clean up the residual products and any other foreign objects in the cavity. It is strictly forbidden to use hard tools during cleaning to prevent damage to the surface of the cavity. 3.2.4 The surface of the cavity has special requirements for the mold or surface roughness.

3. If Ra is less than or equal to 0.2m, use compressed air to clean up, or use high-grade napkins and high-grade absorbent cotton dipped in alcohol to wipe gently. 3.2.5 Check whether the limit switch or inclined pin and inclined top of the mold are abnormal. 3.3 Maintenance of shutdown mold 3.3.1 When a temporary shutdown is required, the mold should be closed. The shutdown time is expected to exceed 24 hours. The surface of the cavity and core should be sprayed with anti-rust oil or mold release agent, especially in wet areas and rainy seasons. , No matter how short the time is, anti-rust treatment should be done. Before the mold is used again, the oil on the mold should be removed and wiped dry. The mold with mirror surface requirements should be cleaned and dried with compressed air, and then dried with hot air. 3.3.2 Before the mold is used again, the oil on the mold should be removed and wiped dry. The mold with mirror surface requirements should be cleaned and dried with compressed air, and then dried with hot air. After opening the mold, check whether the slide limit is moved, and only if no abnormality is found, the mold can be closed. 3.3.3 After the mold is out of service, pressure should be applied immediately.

4. Shrink the air to remove the water in the cooling water channel, put a small amount of engine oil into the mouth of the nozzle, and blow it with compressed air, so that all cooling pipes have a layer of anti-rust oil. 3.3.4 Carefully check the working status of each control component during work, especially the heating and maintenance of the control system. After the end of the production cycle, the rod heaters, band heaters, and thermocouples should be measured with a Eurometer, and compared with the technical specifications of the mold to ensure that their functions are intact. At the same time, the control loop should pass the ammeter test installed in the loop as much as possible. The oil in the hydraulic cylinder used for core pulling is emptied as much as possible, and the oil nozzle is sealed to prevent the hydraulic oil from leaking or polluting the surrounding environment during storage and transportation. 3.3.5 If you hear abnormal noise from the mold or other abnormal conditions during production, you should stop the machine immediately for inspection. The mold maintenance personnel shall conduct patrolling inspections of the molds in the workshop that are operating normally. If any abnormalities are found, they shall be dealt with in time. 3.3.6 The operator is present.

5. When handing over shifts, there must be a detailed account of the mold usage status. 3.3.7 When the mold has completed the production quantity of the product and needs to be disassembled to replace other molds, the mold cavity should be coated with anti-rust agent, the mold and its accessories should be sent to the mold maintenance staff, and the last qualified product should be attached as Send the samples to the maintenance staff together. In addition, a list of mold usage should be submitted to fill in the details on which machine tool the mold is on, how many products have been produced from a certain year, a certain month, and a certain day, and whether the current mold is in good condition. If there is a problem with the mold, fill in the mold on the use sheet, propose specific requirements for modification and improvement, and submit an unprocessed sample to the custodian for reference when the mold is repaired. 3.3.8 After stopping the machine, check whether there are any residual glue threads, foreign objects, etc. on the surface of the mold. After cleaning it, spray the anti-rust agent evenly, and fill in the relevant records accurately. 3.4 Routine inspection every season: mainly cleaning and maintaining molds that have not been used for more than two months. 3.4.1 Open the mold and check the internal anti-rust effect. If there is any abnormality, the anti-rust treatment must be carried out again. The mold that has not been used for a long time must be coated with butter. 3.4.2 Put back in place and make a record. 3.5 Storage of the mold: Mold The warehouse should be in a dry and ventilated place, and the molds should be stored on the shelf, and pay attention to anti-corrosion and dust-proof. Preparation: Review: Approve.
